Summary: Very clean, stocked well and within walking distance to falls and Clifton Hill. Host was very responsive to all needs. My family would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Positive: Inside it is well-furnished. Property is definitely within a true short-distance walk from Clifton Hill and the Falls. Stores are within minutes drive if you don't want to walk. Many extras provided (e.g. bath products, snacks etc). Negative: Outside is not attractive, with crazy overgrown weeds surrounding the deck. Inside could be cleaner (e.g. vacuum under couch cushions and furniture, dust cobwebs and carpets need cleaned). Wish wash cloths were provided. Unclear what to do w/ garbage for 12 ppl over 4 days. Per instructions, it says to leave on front porch inviting animals. If floors were cleaner, less likely to see ants (especially since it was cooler). With more upfront info, we could've brought the extras we needed. But more attention to detail such as the walls, dust, etc should be addressed. Understand, we would stay again, but maybe plan a bit differently.

Summary: I booked this house for my sister's Bachelorette trip, we planned to go to some wineries and a spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake but had a hard time finding a place there that could accommodate our group of 14. This home was perfect -- very close after crossing the border and around a 30-min drive to the wineries. Also, very close to the attractions at Clifton Hill/the Falls. The common space in the house was great for us to play games and watch movies, there were plenty of beds. Check-in/check-out was super easy, and Kevin was extremely responsive. Overall, the house was also very clean and smelled great, the only reason I didn't give 5-stars in that category was because one of the beds had a bunch of crumbs under the pillows but since everything else was so clean, that was likely just an oversight. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Few friends stayed the night here for a girls wine weekend. Great location. Proximity to everything. Comfy beds. Loved the multiple rooms. Great us all having our own space. Lots of kitchen cookware/utensils. My only slight complaint, one of the bedrooms was in the basement. So it was slightly cold down there. And there were quite a few spiders downstairs as well.

Summary: This was a cute, nicely kept home within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Falls. The owner surprised us with some treats and all we needed to make coffee in the morning. It made for a very pleasant stay at the Falls as we didn't need to drive anywhere. Great alternative to staying in one of the hotels!
